Aug 2024 The team from Coast 2 Coast stopped by today to do the annual check-up on the system. All was good. They recoated the mastic where the duct cleaners didn’t do such a great job. Now it looks professional.
Scheduled a 6 month maintenance check-up for our A/C unit. Matt and his Tech showed up on time on the day scheduled. Since this is a new house, they walked me around the unit and advising me on the basic workings. Changed the filter added, and added coolant since we were way low. They rinsed all dirt and crud out of the motor and fan housing. They both happily answered all of my questions and cleaned up after themselves before leaving. I was very happy with their work, knowledge, and professionalism. If your looking for an A/C guy, I recommend giving them a try. I think you will be as happy as I am with their service!

Todd & his crew at Coast 2 Coast are by far the best AC company in the Tampa Bay region! When our AC unit went out 2 days before we were set to take a family vacation overseas, we thought we may have to cancel our trip, as we have pets in the home. Todd assured us that he would have a solution, since our new unit would take a few additional days to be shipped before they could install it. He installed two emergency PORTABLE units in our home that kept the entire back of our home cool, which was enough to keep our pets comfortable during this brutal Florida summer! He and his team were efficient, the work was exceptionally done, cleaned & removed all old equipment and even installed a NEW bi-fold door (that matched our shutters!) in our hall closet where the unit is housed. Called these guys to come give a second opinion after I was quoted a large sum of money from another AC company in the area. My unit is only 8 years old and I felt like it shouldn’t need to a bunch of work, so wanted to do my due diligence. Our technician Matt was awesome and his crew were very nice and did an amazing job with our install! Brand new AC unit and the rebuilt the stand for the intake in our garage and installed a smart thermostat! Great price compared to other places and was able to get a Trane! They were swamped this week so had to wait a few days but Matt came by and installed a window unit until they could do the install which made a huge difference!!! I would highly recommend! We are the third install they have done in my cul du sac and we all love their work! Quality work and great customer service overall! Well done guys!!! Happy customers for sure!!!
